If you are having trouble logging on, there could be a few reasons:

- Are you using the e-mail address we have on record for your as your login?This will be the email address you used when you first registered (unless you changed it since). If you are not sure, please use the Live Web Chat link.

- If you are using the correct e-mail address, you might have an issue with your password. If you don't remember it, you can request a new one here.

- Have you registered an account in the last 30 minutes? Unfortunately, we sometimes experience delays in users being able to log on, and you may have to give it half an hour before you try again. You are however able to log on to the My Home app straight away, and you can download it from the Apple and Android app stores.

- If you are still experiencing problems logging in, please let us know. You can use the Live Web Chat during working hours, or drop us an email at onlineenquiries@ongo.co.uk

Registering for a My Home account is simple and can be done 24/7 using your details. To register, just follow these steps:

- Click Registration on the My Home homepage

- If you know your tenancy number, click Yes. If not, click No. Then click on the 'Next' button

- If you clicked on 'Yes'

- insert your tenancy number, email address, phone number and date of birth - these details must match the details we have on system for you. Please note the tip for inputting your date of birth on the right hand side.

- input your password, making sure it is at least 8 characters long and contains at least 1 number, capital letter and symbol.

- now select whether or not you'd like us to update our records with the information you have provided.

- click 'Next'.

- If you clicked on 'No', type in your post code and press 'Search'.

- click on your address and click the 'Edit' button.

- insert your tenancy number, email address, phone number and date of birth - these details must match the details we have on system for you. Please note the tip for inputting your date of birth on the right hand side.

- input your password, making sure it is at least 8 characters long and contains at least 1 number, capital letter and symbol.

- now select whether or not you'd like us to update our records with the information you have provided.

- click 'Next'.

- Read the Privacy Notice and click to confirm that you have read it. 'Click 'Next'.

- On the last page, click the Register button and we will set up your account if the details you have given us are correct.

If we can't find you details on the system, it will tell you that the registration failed, so double-check that all your details are correct. Should you still not be able to register, please use the Live Web Chat or drop us an e-mail on onlineenquiries@ongo.co.uk

It may take up to 30 minutes for your registration to go through and for your login details to work. You are however able to log on to the My Home app straight away, which you can download from the Apple and Android app stores.
